I didn't receive an order confirmation email - did you get my order?

Please check your junk/spam folder! If it’s not there, it’s likely there was a spelling mistake in the email you gave us. Please contact us with your full name and the country you are ordering to and we will get back to you.

Where is my order?

When your order was dispatched you should have received an email with tracking information. Customers with an account will be able to find tracking information in ‘my account’. If you can’t find this, let us know and we can send you a tracking link.

Please note, if you ordered clothing within the last 5 days, it may not have dispatched yet.

If you have been waiting for your order to arrive for more than 10 days, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

If your tracking hasn’t updated please give it 5 working days before contacting us. If your tracking does not update after 5 days, please contact us so we can check on the progress of your order.

Do you ship to my country?

Due to international shipping issues, we are not accepting international orders outside of the UK, USA, EU, Canada and Australia on our stores.

If you wish to order from another country, please contact us with your address and which items you wish to order and we will be able to send you a quote, including courier fees.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders usually get sent to be fulfilled within a couple of hours, so it is often too late for us to cancel or alter your order once we see your request. 

Once your order arrives, we will be able to arrange a return for any items you wish to return for a refund (this excludes non-returnable items like t-shirts, hoodies and posters).

What is your returns policy?

This depends which country you are in. If you purchased for the UK see more here.

If you're shopping in a different country, please see the 'Returns' page linked at the bottom of the store.

If I place an order, what is your estimated shipping time?

Order times vary depending on the country and the items ordered.

As an estimate: lifting accessories and books usually take 2 to 5 days to arrive whilst clothing and posters take 5 to 14 days as they are printed on demand.

I have received a faulty item, can you help?

We’re sorry to hear that one of our items wasn’t up to standard. Please contact us with an image and/or description of the fault so we can understand what went wrong. We will always work with you to find the best resolution. 

I'm unsure which size to buy - can you help?

For belts: please make sure you have watched our video detailing how to measure for our belts, found on all belt product pages. Our belt sizes are unlikely to match you go-to clothing size, so it’s important you measure your waist as shown.

For Singlets: you are likely to fit across multiple sizes as they are very stretchy. Please consider your preferred fit and refer to the size guide.

If you find your measurement falls between sizes on the size chart, please reach out to us and we will be happy to advise.

Please note, the size charts for the neoprene belt and leather belt are not the same, so ensure you are checking the right chart.

My order has arrived and the belt/singlet is the wrong size - how can I exchange it?

If the product is unworn then we are able to accept a return for a different size. Please contact us with images to confirm the condition of the item and we can send you a returns label.

My size is out of stock, when will it be available again?

This depends on the country you are ordering to, but we regularly have new stock arriving to our warehouses. If it has been a while, please contact us and we’ll be able to give you an estimate.
